3. Billing Terms & Renewal Policy

• Plans are available on a monthly or annual billing cycle, based on your preference.
• Renewal must be completed within five (5) calendar days of your plan’s expiration to avoid service interruption.
• If renewal is not completed within the grace period, your account will be temporarily suspended until plan is renewed

4. Automatic Plan Upgrades

• If your usage exceeds your current plan’s limits, system will be automatically upgraded to the next suitable plan.
• When automatically upgraded to a higher plan, your current billing cycle remains unchanged. The new pricing will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
